Javier Robalino Orellana
Dr. Javier Robalino Orellana is the founding partner of Robalino Abogados in Ecuador. He is a member of the President’s Circle of the Council of the Americas (New York, 2020-).
He has been recognized as the only Eminent Practitioner in Corporate Law in Ecuador by Chambers Latin America (2020-) and Chambers Global (2023-), and has also been recognized for many years by international publications including Legal 500, Who’s Who, GAR, LACCA, IFLR, ITR, and Leaders League, among others. At his firm, he leads the arbitration team that forms part of the GAR 100.
Dr. Robalino focuses on corporate matters, international and cross border transactions, administrative law, investment and regulatory matters. He has acted as counsel, arbitrator, and presiding arbitrator in complex disputes involving contractual, public law, and investment-related matters.
