Luis Rosas

Luis is the managing partner of GKR | Kichik & Rosas. His practice focuses in corporate and indirect taxation with an emphasis on international tax aspects, providing advise to companies and individuals doing business in Mexico and Mexican residents doing business abroad.
He obtained his law degree (JD) from the Escuela Libre de Derecho (with honors), concluded master studies in tax law at Universidad Panamericana and obtained his LL.M. in International Taxation from Leiden University in The Netherlands.
Luis regularly advises corporate groups, emerging technology companies and implements asset organization strategies both in cross- border and domestic transactions.
