Guilherme is a partner of Cepeda Advogados, and has been working in the legal side of the investment funds’ industry since 2004. Guilherme spent more than 11 years as in-house counsel and compliance officer of first tier Brazilian asset and wealth managers (Arsenal Investimentos & Vinci Partners) and has a deep expertise on the structuring and maintenance of onshore and offshore investment funds, in a wide array of different strategies. Guilherme also has a solid ground expertise on the structuring and compliance of regulated entities for the Brazilian and international capital markets, such as investment managers/advisors, fiduciary administrators, financial institutions, research analysts, placement agents and financial advisors.
