Alejandro Garcia
A Certified Public Accountant and Attorney, he holds graduate degrees in Taxation, Corporate Law, and Finance, along with international certifications in International Taxation from ESADE (Barcelona, Spain) and Family Business Advising from STEP. With more than 30 years of leadership experience, he has advised business owners, family enterprises, and high-net-worth individuals on tax strategy, wealth preservation, succession planning, and international fiduciary structures. He currently serves as Director of Patrimonium Consultores Integrados and Partner-Director of Patrimonium Protección Legal, two leading firms recognized for their expertise in tax planning, asset protection, tax controversy matters, and international trust and fiduciary solutions. Throughout his career, he has combined professional practice with a strong commitment to education and knowledge sharing, serving as Technical Director of IDET Consilium and as a lecturer in graduate and continuing education programs. He currently serves as Branch Chair of the STEP Mexico Chapter, contributing to the advancement of international best practices in trusts, wealth planning.
