Her experience in family law focuses on legal advice in the planning of the couple's economic life both in marriage and in common-law marital union. This has implied the elaboration of marital and marital contracts in order to define the economic regime of the couple's life and prevent the negative patrimonial effects of eventual ruptures of the marital relationship. Likewise, she provides advice in the liquidation of marital and patrimonial partnerships as a family planning mechanism and the representation of heirs and surviving spouse in succession processes by mutual agreement before a notary public.
